These terms apply to every booking at Villa Navaho, Bumbak, Bali. Booking directly with us means agreeing to the terms below.
Bookings & payment
All bookings are made directly with Villa Navaho, with no third-party platforms and no added fees.
A 50% deposit confirms your dates; the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include taxes.
A minimum stay applies, varying by season: 2 nights in low season, 3 nights in high season, and 5 nights in peak season. The villa accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, but we will do our best to move your stay to an alternative date.
Your stay
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability.
The villa is exclusively yours during your stay. We ask that guests respect the quiet character of the Bumbak neighbourhood, particularly after 22:00.
Guests are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear. Villa Navaho is not liable for loss of personal belongings or for events beyond our reasonable control.
