Villa Navaho respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our site or make an enquiry, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a booking enquiry we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, travel dates, party size, and any message you include.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your conversation is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Our website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It records pages viewed, approximate location by country, device type, and how you arrived. It does not record your name or contact details, and Google truncates your IP address before storing it. We run no advertising pixels and no remarketing.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability, and manage your stay. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Booking correspondence is kept for our records for as long as needed to manage reservations and meet legal obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to Hello@navaho-bali.com and we will respond within 30 days.
